Integrations
Integrations connect Thril with third-party services, enabling features like employee benefit payments and facility automation for your venue.
Integrations let you connect Thril with various third-party services to enhance your venue’s capabilities. You can find and manage these connections under Settings → Venue settings → Integrations.
Each integration has its own setup method and is clearly marked as either Active or Inactive.
If you are editing integration settings other than Epassi, we recommend contacting Thril support first. These integrations involve configuration that may affect your venue’s operations and are best handled together with our team. Reach out at support@thril.fi.
📱 Employee Benefit Payment Methods
Enable customers to pay for activities using their employee sports benefits. Thril currently supports:
Epassi
- Integration type: Employee benefit payment
- To enable:
- Request your Site ID and MAC Key by email at palveluntarjoajat@epassi.com
- Enter the credentials into Thril
- Toggle the Integration status to “Active”
You can visit Epassi directly using the Go to Epassi button in the integration panel.
Edenred
- Integration type: Employee benefit payment
- To enable:
- Contact Thril support to request activation
- Thril will verify your venue’s eligibility
- Once verified, the integration will be activated for you
All Edenred payments go through Thril, so no separate billing or communication with Edenred is needed.
💡 QT Systems: Lighting & Access Automation
Use this integration to automate door and light control for reservations.
To enable:
- Enter the Access token from your QT Systems partner account
- Configure:
- Door offset times: When doors unlock before/after reservations
- Light offset times: When lights switch on/off automatically
- Fallback instructions: A message for customers in case the access code fails
- Toggle Integration status to "Active"
- Optionally test the connection with the Test connection button
This setup ensures seamless access for players and efficient facility management.
📊 Accounting & Invoicing
Netvisor
The Netvisor integration lets you send invoices directly from Thril to Netvisor for accounting and financial management. Invoices are sent manually, customer data transfers automatically, and invoice statuses update twice daily. You can also record payments and create credit notes directly from Thril.

- Each integration shows its current status and a short description
- Click the arrow ➤ to configure or view detailed settings
- Only activated integrations will be used in live payment or automation flows
