ThrilKnowledge Base

Branding

Use Thril's branding tools to shape your venue's public image, build trust, and boost bookings with a polished, professional profile.

The branding page lets you control how your venue appears to customers across Thril. You can manage your bios, images, contact details, and shop category visuals all from one place.

✍️ Short Bio

The short bio is what customers see when browsing venues or in search results. Keep it concise and focused on your venue's core offering.

📚 Full Bio

The full bio appears on your venue's profile page. You can include a welcome message, details about sports and services, facility highlights, and coaching or equipment info. A rich text editor is available for headings, links, and formatting.

🖼️ Profile and Banner Images

Your venue has two distinct image slots:

  • Profile image: shown as your venue's avatar across the app, in search results, on your profile, and in booking views. Works best as a logo or a clean, recognizable shot of your venue.
  • Banner image: the wide header image displayed at the top of your venue's profile page. Use a high-quality landscape photo that showcases your facilities or atmosphere.

Both images can be uploaded directly from the branding page. Recommended formats are JPG or PNG, and landscape orientation works best for the banner.

🛍️ Shop Category Images

You can add images to each of your shop categories to make them visually distinct in the customer-facing shop. This helps customers quickly identify the type of product or service they are looking for.

To add or update a category image, go to the shop settings and open the category you want to edit.

Your address, phone number, reservation email, and social media links can be edited on the venue profile page. These details help customers find and contact you directly.
